Only the top 5 or 6, MAYBE 7 frats actually matter here. I’m sick of bottom tier goobs on this website try to fight about who’s better when they don’t matter.
Top 5 frats:
Pike
Sigma Chi
Phi Delt
SNU
SigEp

Sig Chi and Sig Ep were top. Phi Delt was newly re-established and mid. Sig Nu was mid. Pike was top of the bottom

Sig Ep used to be #1 and Sig Chi used to be #2. But this was 5 years ago, and things have changed. However they both are still doing very well today

Agreed, just pointing out the fact that 60% of the fraternities aforementioned were at one point, less than 5 years ago, bottom or mid. Op claims bottom and mid fraternities don’t matter. Thought it was hypocritical considering they most likely fall in that 60%

Well that’s a pretty beta-male thing to say, I guess your opinion is valued no matter how uninformed or misinformed it may be. Also I guess if you’re basing this ranking off of social aspect only I can understand why you think this, too bad social standing can’t be proven fact.

Well it’s been that way around 5 years. Meaning the freshmen classes that made the climb and helped push those fraternities to the top are graduating and leaving soon. Expect change

I see what you’re saying, but there’s really not any other frats that have been making strides. You can get as many members as you want and win as many philanthropies, but if your members are goobs you aren’t moving up. It has to do with the people in the frat and how much fun they are. If you’re not cool, nobody hangs with you. If you’re not fun, nobody comes to your events. That’s why frats like SAE, AEPI, and Fiji aren’t going to see even middle tier

Pike: great sorority relations, decent presence at the retreat, decent numbers in recruiting, considered fun
Sigma Chi: Decent sorority relations, social presence at the retreat, decent quality in guys, good philanthropy outcomes
Phi Delt: Declining, but good sorority relations, still have their off campus house
Snu: Decent sorority relations, great numbers in recruiting, the quality of guys is iffy and declining, good turnout to events, good at IMs
SigEp: Decent sorority relations, building a house off campus, presence at the retreat, IM champions, good philanthropy outcomes
