100% accurate. Sigma Chi is the top and has been for quite some time. Unfortunately, I don’t see anyone passing them and they will once again stay as the top house. However, I see Pike emerging to replace Phi Delt at #2. Alpha Sig looks great and they have a real good shot this year to emerge themselves. Sigma Nu May make a comeback.
