pi kappa alpha or delta chi?

It seems like Pi Kappa Alpha and Delta Chi are the only frats worth rushing, is this true?
Which would you say is better/what are the differences?

Yes its true for anyone reading this in 2020. They are the only two truly respected frats and the others are a joke to everyone. They are the most popular and most friendly out of all of them.
