Phi Delta Theta - ΦΔΘ Fraternity at University of San Francisco - USF 4.0 Since there are only two fraternities on campus its not too hard to chose which one is the top. As a girl my guy friends were in phi delta theta and they brought me along to things. All the brothers are outgoing and friendly. Being friends with one of them means having 70 or so older brothers and personal body guards. The other fraternity on campus, seemed to disintegrate ever since their social probation. Therefore, the only socials happening are by phi delta theta, and they are huge. Last one was their halloween social, and almost 1,300 kids showed up. I think that as a school they should allow more fraternities to come.
