what are the stereotypes of each fraternity?

Thinking about coming to USD next year and was wondering what the general "stereotype" of each fraternity chapter is.

Lambda: hot, smart
Fiji: hot, wild
Delt: party a ton, some are hot, some are weird
PhiKap: kinda try hards, still some cute ones
Beta: smart, involved
SigEp: average, no rep really
Sigma Pi: too new to have a stereotype

^^^This is very, very accurate. But I would suggest you check each one out regardless because you seriously never know until after meeting with all of them.
