Are there any freshman who join frat life and how are the parties for freshman males?

First semester freshman normally don't get into most parties. However Sigma Pi and Pi Kapp usually let everyone in as long as its not at capacity. Freshmen rush spring semester

I’d agree with the last post. If you want to rush a top tier I would try to make friends with delt/sig ep/fiji. Their parties are always a ton of fun but you will have to make connections otherwise you definitely will not get in
