diverse top tier fraternities?

I'm a lower-middle class black male in high school. I'll be heading to UVA this fall and was wondering which top tier fraternities would be good for someone like me. I'm decently athletic, like to party a lot, study hard, and dress well.

I came here with a friend in the fall and went to parties at SAE and Kappa Sig, which I enjoyed, I don't know much about the other top tiers so help me out! wahoowa

Kappa Sig isn't top tier.

Also, look for a place where you will fit in, like, and enjoy, not a place just because it is "top tier"
