I think Theta Chi has great parties , along with Kappa Sig.

Kappa Sig is easy to get into and there are plenty of people that go, just not the best crowd. Beta has some pretty sick parties but their super hard to get into. TKE’s lodge is up there for sure and so is theta. Worst of the worst has to be Lambda for sure and SAE is right there with them.
