No news yet on who gets the house. Sig ep is kicked off tho. Thats what happen when you don't follow rules. TKE ,ATO , and KE will duke out for it

Atos building there own house very soon so it should go to kappa sig sig chi or alpha sig

They have been expelled indefinitely from the school yes. They will be allowed to keep the house for the rest of the school year and then it is likely there will be several fraternities who will attempt to take the house. Lets pray A Sig doesnt get it.

Literally TKE chill- Kappa Sig put their bid in first for the house so the odds are they will get it and it’s condemned right now anyways so it’ll be a while before you see anyone in it
