top tier: kkg (y'all saw this one coming, not sure why it's always #1 but hey man whatever floats the boat), sk, sdt
middle: igu, aephi, chi o
bottom: tri sig, axo

source: recently went through recruitment. this is what I was able to sense from the conversations and people I met as well as taking into account the reputations already standing :-)
