No. Phi Mu is the worst. They deserve to be bottom tier. There's a crazy Christan girl in it who monopolizes the selections and makes everything based on whether she likes people or not. That's enough to put it at the bottom of the list.

Lambda Chi and SAE top tier.
Pi Kapps got a bunch of cool attractive guys, but too many weirdos for me to take them seriously.
PKS has a couple cool guys but is only a couple guys to begin with.
I don't even know anyone in TKE I wouldn't even put them on here
