It's kinda a hard question and no matter what people post there will be backlash. I'll post what I think most people would agree with.
Chi O / GPhi
Pi Phi / Kappa
Theta / Kappa Delta
Delta Gamma / Alpha Chi Omega
Alpha Delta Pi / Sigma Kappa
Tri Delt / Alpha Gamma Delta
But I promise you no matter what house you join you will love it.

Chi O has a ton of beauties! Also, DG waaay above AXO. Move AXO down with ADPi and Sigma Kappa.

PiPhi has really dropped the last few years. Terrible GPA and they had to snap bit this year. They are no where near that close to the top. The rest is extremely accurate. I would move PiPhi down to just below ACHio. You cant' get by on reputation year after year when you continue to drop in all aspects.

LMFAO chio has very few beauties are you kidding? They are the joke of KU as everyone knows they pick for grades only. Some of the homeliest girls are chio's. I mean they're still a top house but only for location and grades, definitely NOT beauty.

AXO/DG/ADPI
Sigma Kappa/tri delta/now pi phi

Pi PHi has been in a lot of trouble this year and TERRIBLE grades and involvement. honestly if it does not improve they will be bottom tier soon. really.

Chio and Gphi only because of their big houses on campus
Theta only because of their grades.
These are the ranks the majority of people agree on, unless you're a self-ranker or a frat guy who ranks on how easy the girls are.

I think we all know that KD and ADPi do not belong that high. Pi Phi, for the time being, should be moved up, but who knows where they'll be after this recruitment. GPhi, Chi O, Kappa, and Theta are all top.
