They’re alright I guess. Don’t hear much about them. Prob one of the lesser known frats in that area. Underneath sigma nu, zbt, pikapp which are all better options but I haven’t heard much negatives about theta chi except their house isn’t nice.

They throw probably some of the best parties I have been too, very socially active
