I’m sorry but i just don’t see Chi o as a top house anymore, they can’t maintain top of the hill, socially they are non existent, put those girls in a different house and different location and they ain’t top

No one considers Chi O a top house except Chi O’s
GPhi is top 3 with theta 4th. Chi o has no relevance in the Greek system at KU

Why do you think G Phi is self ranking? To me they are a top house and I think Chi O is too. On the other hand I wouldn't put Pi Phi at the top. Not in any of those houses, so not self ranking (since you're so interested in who's writing the comment.)

last year chio was definitely sitting below the other top houses...
but the pledge class this year has brought them up like to theta's level at least - not 'top' top but not in the middle either
