Phi Gamma Delta - FIJI Fraternity at University of Kansas - KU 4.4 The house itself it valued at over 3.3 million dollars. However, their chef sucks a lot. They do have two hamsters but one of them is clearly favored over the other. The boys are heavily alcoholics but it’s okay. Stale cookies but the piano is in-tune.

Phi Gamma Delta - FIJI Fraternity at University of Kansas - KU 3.2 Phi Gamma Delta has a popular reputation. If you're looking for somewhere to party, you can trust Fiji to come through. Although they might provide the party atmosphere, the girl to guy ratio is 90 to 10 and their parties are in the attic. You can be sure of two things when you attend a Fiji party: your makeup will melt off and you will not be able to pull a single guy. Fiji's are intensely cringe as they believe that the title of being a Fiji is enough to pull a girl and enough to make them seem more important when compared to others. The truth is, people look at Fiji's like 18 year old boys who still drink their Mom's breast milk and hold Daddy's hand across the parking lot. These boys are not men. Their savings account is their trust in Grandpa's estate and their game is sourced in the hopes that their Vineyard Vines polo and New Balance sneakers are quirky enough to get a girl's attention. These boys are nothing but ordinary and far from impressive.
