I have a lot of fun hanging out there. I am never pressured to drink, and they welcome me fully. Alumnis come over to hang out because the frat is so small and so close knit. They haven't ever preyed on me. Their looks have improved with recent pledge classes, and the guys are actually really nice. They are a diverse group with awkward tendencies, but it is a place where outsiders can go to feel at home. I prefer tke to any other frat.

They are creepy. Incredibly socially awkward. Unattractive. Boys. Mostly sit around playing video games. Very close with DOZ and some Phi Mus. I do not feel comfortable or safe there.

Like Phi Tau, they're trying really hard to be more popular, but TKE makes more of an effort. They're not going to get better overnight, though, so they come off as try-hards. Some of the guys are genuinely normal and nice, but some are just plain weird. TKE Parties are something of a joke/legend on campus. If I was a guy, I would rush somewhere else.

Tau Kappa Epsilon is the only fraternity I have ever felt truly welcomed at. All of the brothers are friendly and generally care about their guests.

I honestly feel bad for these guys. Most of them are actually nice and relatively normal. If UE had a football team, they would turn around instantly.

This fraternity is definitely bottom tier. They only hang out with DOZs, who are very strange. They do seem to have decent brotherhood - they always watch movies and play video games together. They don't participate in most other Greek philanthropies (possibly due to their small size), and they have creepy alums that hang out at the house all the time.

formally football fraternity while football was still on campus. Very small numbers resulting in close knit I assume? Just a regular house on side of road. Still counts as a fraternity? Former players would be embarrassed....

These guys have had their ups and downs but really have came back. I still keep in touch with some of the guys and they are just starting to make their mark on campus again.

After actually going to TKE, I have seen how awesome these guys are. They are incredibly nice and would do anything to make their guests happy. If you want a low-key good time, TKE is the place for you. (Warning: they are definitely an acquired taste)
