off campus vs on campus

Trying to potentially decide between pike, zbt and tke. Worried about pike and how they're gonna hold up with all the restrictions in place (sorority girls not being allowed at off campus frat parties), therefore not sure which one to go for. Like them all pretty much equally.

ZBT has pretty good sorority relations overall, and Theta and ZBT are up each others asses. ZBT throws very few open parties. TKE on the other hand has abysmal sorority relations, yet they throw down like every weekend and have many houses.

Thetas best relation is with AEPI and ZBT is probably second or third depending which sister you ask

Pike is top house with the best rep but their only good house is Sperry and they are supposedly losing it to Tke again. Zbt has relations comparable to top tier but their housing situation sucks. Tkes relations are the worst of the non bottom tier but they have arguably the best overall housing setup and they throw down the most.
