In all seriousness the dime was sold within the last couple of weeks. If I had to guess the new landlord will probably kick SAE out. And if that's true we'll probably hear about a new fraternity moving in very soon, because non-affiliated people would not be able to fill that house.

Nah the dime’s pretty shot. it’s definitely a hot spot for cops and the whole house needs tons of repairs. Give it a couple years (if the landlord is willing to pay for all of the repairs) and it wouldn’t only be useful for day drinks

Facts ^ it was already sold so it’s realistically just up to the landlord after next year and all SAE has to do is make good relations with whoever bought it and they’re fine. Pretty unrealistic that the new landlord would just kick them out for no reason and give it to another frat.

the landlord bought the house knowing it was a fraternity house and is letting SAE live there again next year so yeah I think they do have good relations lol
