does being in a sorority matter at cu?
by: yeerrrrrrI’m coming here next year and I’m just wondering does it really matter? Will it be harder to have a social life if you’re not in a sorority and will people look at you differently if you’re not in one? Just be straight up wit it lmao

you will 100% still make friends and have a social life without going greek. honestly half the sororities and frats have bad reputations with the general population not in greek life at cu, so not being in one allows for people to judge you for your personal character rather than a group you belong to. some girls definitely excel in sorority life but a lot of girls lose track of who they are and their personal values, and just get swallowed up. in the end, may as well rush if you are considering it and see where it takes you.
