Both your Mom and sister should be able to introduce you to the world of recs, how to get them and why they are necessary. Having a greek family is such a bonus for personal/social connections and information regarding recruitment. Be sure to read the UC greeklife recruitment pages and follow their timeline/guidelines for a better chance at finding your home.
