Please tell me why

Lol they aren't they are just too bored to do anything else than spam greekrank to try to make themselves look better for incoming freshman. Kappa has gone downhill the past 2 years and only gets girls because of their name and pi phi tries too hard to be bruh girls when we all know its just an act (Kinda cringe)

Pi Phi is probably top if you’re comparing but they’re pretty much equal. They’re both considered top houses because they’re most selective during rush and never have issues getting invited to events and parties, also just overall best reputation. Pi Phi is known for being a more “bro-y” and down-to-earth and then Kappa is more of a classic sorority, but they’re basically the same and they’re all friends with each other. The fact that Kappa keeps posting that they’re top during rush and burying all other posts is kinda cringe though.

I agree with this and would say it's the general consensus. but also who even cares which is the "top house" when they're very comparable and everyone respects both of them... everyone needs to chill.
