1. Kappa: “top” because they’ve always been top. Rich, classic sorority girls but this house may be on the decline. As of now, Kappa is still “#1”. Known for being hot, wealthy, but not as smart.
2. DG: This house has been on the rise. DG had the best 2019 pledge class with the highest return rate. Beautiful rather than “hot”. This house is known for being fun and down to earth.
3. Pi Phi: Has some chillers and some try hards. Pretty much the average one of the top houses, but most of the 2019 pledge class chose a different house but were dropped — most “settled” for Pi Phi. This house is known for being pretty, “relatable” and quirky
4 Alpha Phi: This house shouldn’t really be on this list but it’s still part of the “Top Four” who go to all of the same parties. Similar to DG, this house had a very high return rate in 2019, but have had tons of internal issues. This house is known for being party animals, hot blondes, and cliquey.
