They throw parties almost every weekend at their off campus house. They are pretty fun and the location is solid. They are the only good down-campus frat.

Chi Psi consistently decent, Sig Chi creepy but lax saves them, TDX dying. Sig Phi is taking 3rd from TDX. 10U always lit on weekends and their mixers are fun. Big pc this year. Haven't had a creepy experience yet.

Had a mixer with sig phi this past weekend. Our relationship hasn't been as close as they are with gamma but after they threw down, we want more. Maybe they're on the up? Pc is huge.
