Each Row they r the same rank diff perks to each:

Top: most of the time have big parties/ cool kids

SAE
Pikapp

Mid: some big parties/ they have houses on campus except beta/ douches/party hype keeps them from top /

Sig Chi (been falling recently def best of the mid tier basically top)
Beta/Aepi/Pike

Low: chil frats not much social presence no big parties

Phidelt (essentially mid tier)
TKE/ZBT
