Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Miami - UM 3.9 Solid frat but on here so much it’s getting annoying, none of the girls think this frat is over sig ep or Sae and most think sig chi guys are still more fun to hang out with. In my opinion they would do better if they stopped trying so hard to look like a top frat and just tried to do what they want instead. Definitely cool guys though

Solid frat but on here so much it’s getting annoying, none of the girls think this frat is over sig ep or Sae and most think sig chi guys are still more fun to hang out with. Pi Kappa Phi - ΠΚΦ Fraternity at University of Miami - UM 4.5 Honest opinion of Pi Kapp is they’ve definitely risen to the top tier. They have great parties, pretty cool guys. But they still don’t pull the girls in SDT and Deeph that Sig Ep and SAE do. Pi Kapp’s best sorority relation is with Zeta. They have solid guys, but don’t have pledge classes as good as Sig Ep and SAE. They definitely have passed Sig Chi but they clearly have a big presence on this site that tries to prop them up higher than they really are. Their upcoming seniors are dope, upcoming juniors solid, and have decent upcoming sophs, but they aren’t close to top house yet.
