Delta chi got a ton of new guys in the fall and are on the come up. Really push academics and can party as well. Pj is also really good

There aren't really any great or top frats they're all decently good just beware of the lower frats like tke, lambda chi, delta chi, chi phi.

New fraternities on campus

Like the rating before...hard to give ratings to Delts and SAE who are both off campus but both have been historically good. SAE has been great historically but not sure how well they are doing compared to KA and Kappa Sig.

SAE is chartered, recognized on campus, and registered with the school. They opted out of IFC a few years ago. Pros and cons to that decision. Top tier.

Delts lost their charter a year ago. Great guys, solid brotherhood. Hopefully they will be back after some time.
