Phi Mu - ΦΜ Sorority at University of North Carolina at Wilmington - UNCW 2.5 i don’t see them out much. the only ones i’ve met have been kinda rude to me. definitely declined in the past few years that i have been at uncw. just started to turn into a weird mix of girls.

Phi Mu - ΦΜ Sorority at University of North Carolina at Wilmington - UNCW 2.7 I see other posters feel the same way but Phi Mu has really dropped in the last few years. When I first came to UNCW they were one of the top sororities but were always so nice and recruited amazing and sweet girls. These last 2-3 years it seems like that has done a complete 180 because now the girls are mean and think they’re better than everyone else. The older girls in it still have the old Phi Mu vibes, but Ive heard of newer members talking bad about the older girls and saying things like “I’m not even sure how she got into Phi Mu”. Makes me sad seeing my good friends who are graduated Phi Mu’s or seniors having their sorority torn down by petty girls who only care about their reputation and who is dating who :(

Phi Mu - ΦΜ Sorority at University of North Carolina at Wilmington - UNCW 4.0 As someone who was a legacy to Phi Mu and didn't get a bid, I'm sad to see them fall into a poor image. These women where amazing when I rushed two years ago and I was disappointed to see them the way they are now. They have some super solid women and a great advisor. I think they need to respect themselves more and quit smoking (especially during recruitment). It was such a bad look to see them all done up in their philanthropy outfits, smoking up a storm. Then upon walking past them to hear them talking so poorly of others, that is not Phi Mu. I was shocked because that was so unlike the wonderful women I know in Phi Mu. Phi Mu has great values and with the right leadership will be back in the top tier soon. They had some of the smartest and kindest women in the past; always willing to lend a hand. I'd like to see that come back with a stronger sisterhood for a change.
