Chi Phi won fittest, nicest house is Sigma Chi. Pretty sure Kappa Sig is losing their house to Chi Phi. Different party scenes for different orgs

Lol Chi Phi.. Still a small joke on campus and aren't gonna be anything for a while. Most athletic fraternities are SAE and Kappa Sig. Most fraternities have pretty solid off campus houses, but SAE and Alpha Sig have more properties and better locations.
