The big three (top house) have always been
Gphi/Kappa
If you want to join a solid chapter that will never move in ranks over the years go with Gphi or Kappa. If you don’t mind taking a gamble go with AXO and dg.
Right now AXO and DG are fighting for that last spot but AXO might have more of a chance.

i agree with the post above^ being someone whose in one of the orgs mentioned it’s more important to go for the chapter you want and feel right about, being in a ‘top house’ doesn’t even matter if you don’t feel like you would vibe with those girls
