The Balanced Man Program is the centerpiece of the SigEp chapter experience and provides the experience that today’s student needs to be successful during and after college. The Balanced Man Program is a non-pledging, non-hazing, four-year, personal, academic, leadership and professional skills development experience.

SigEp is unique in that our chapter house and all fraternity events are alcohol and substance free by choice. The brothers feel that the brotherhood we are constantly striving to build does not require alcohol to exist. Our chapter house is a Residential Learning Community--RLC--which means that we’re one of the best SigEp chapters in the country when it comes to faculty engagement, alumni involvement, and more. Chapter members with prestigious internships want to live in places where they are surrounded by fellow high performers.

The Balance Man program they use makes Sig Ep the "sorority of fraternities." In other words, they don't have a pledge process or hazing, so you become a full member with letters as soon as you get your bid. They'll let just about anyone in, making for a weak brotherhood. More of a club than a traditional fraternity. Anyways, not really respected by other frats.

This ranking is laughable, they are not even close to Phi Psi. The only people that take this ranking seriously are SigEp and DG
