this is one of the most accurate but honestly tri-delt & axo (recent pc) are on the same level as dz, axid, ect. they’re all pretty even at this point. tri delt and axo have had pretty bad rushes the past two years.

Tbh AXO and Tri Delta have great girls and PNMs go onto recruitment wanting these houses. Another house, probably one that has the same girls on their radar, is feeling threatened.
