in no particular order for the “top” tier. I say this in quotes bc a lot of the times “middle” tiers are more sought after and well liked by PNMs and a lot of the “top” houses are slipping but their name and money keeps them up there despite their lack of outstanding PCs and involvement as well as social scene and relevancy. Old row, for the most part, is falling in my opinion.

Old row top: AGD, KD, Phi Mu, Adpi, Chi O
New row top: pi phi, Zeta, Tri delt
New row lower top: axo, aopi

Mid: Gphi, sigma kappa, dg, axid
Lower mid: DZ
Bottom: kkg, theta, Tri sigma

This is insanely accurate. To be honest after IWTs I was most interested in AOPi, Chi O, DDD, AXO and AGD.

This is so true it’s scary. I went in wanting old row and by only a few rounds I knew I wanted new row by a landslide. So happy that these houses are finally getting the praise they receive on campus on this site.
