im a freshman

im a freshman with who's probably going to end up with an under 2.0 gpa this semester. i'm 100% POSITIVE at the end of next semester overall gpa will be close to 3.0 for a number of reasons, which i won't go into here. should i rush in spring, because i won't be an active till the end of the semester? im talking about FRATERNITY rush btw. but yeah, is spring rush viable or should i wait for next fall term?

honestly if you can't manage your grades, for whatever reason, then you probably shouldnt rush. Pledging is hard and will take up a lot of time, and at the end of the day you are at UF to go to school and get good grades, not to join a fraternity.
