gphib house?

We've all seen SK is rebuilding, plus two frats have plans online to do big projects.
Any word on where on earth GPhiB and APhi will be placing their houses? Or when that will be happening?

At the moment all we have are rumors to go off of, but so far we've heard across from SAE or by PiPhi. They have told us that we're supposed to be in the house by Fall 2017

The 2017 timing would work well, yeah?
That's when Alpha Phi is supposed to start colonizing. So, hopefully by 2019/2020 all 18 chapters will have houses!
And, my two cents: I hope they don't get rid of the field in front of SAE. Men's lacrosse practices there are a nice treat on my walk on campus ;)

They'd have to buy it from Phi Delt, right? Because for a while there was a sign up that said something like 'future home of Phi Delta Fraternity.' (Tangent: I like their new landscaping.)
