KD back in 1987 was bottom tier - between Pi Phi and AEPHI.....interesting they have come up so far. It must be an addition they did to their house.

And, SK recolonized in 1985 or 86...they kicked out all of the sisters and started over. they were near the bottom if not bottom

KD was definitely not bottom tier in 1987. They were low mid. Were you there? Pi Phi was nearly brand new with no house. KD was higher ranked than PiPhi and Kappa.

KD was definitely moving up quickly in the mid 80s and into the 90s...it was not the house renovations but some very good recruiting and some very involved KDs on campus.

Pi Phi came in and even without a house they were well above KD, PHI MU, AEPHI, KKG...thats because the girls from FSU came and did recruitment and got the first PI PHI class. KD was horrible then

Yes, that is about right: AOPi and KD were not what they apparently are today. DDD, DG and ZTA were for sure tops.
