No way they are even close. Ya sig nu may not be even close to the best house but I went to their tailgate for Vandy and it was a lot of fun. From who I met they seemed nice too.

Sigma Nu has plans to massively expand their house. You can look at the plans, pretty cool. I'd give them the upper hand if I were meeting both
