Kappa and Axo are not middle tier houses at all. Still bottom. Pi phi is the most over ranked out there .

Finally the truth about Pi Phi. They are very low mid. I’m sick of people saying they’re top of mid. They aren’t.

this is SO true. XO has been riding the struggle bus with their 2 most recent PCs. they’re literally going so far downhill it isn’t even funny. some of the girls in the new XO pc look like phi mus. DZ and Deeph meanwhile have been having better PCs every year.

I rushed this fall. I think Dg is middle tier too. I agree that Kappa and Axo are bottom tier houses . The best houses were Adpi, Zta and Kd. DDD not that good either and super over hyped.
