which is better in terms of housing/tailgates/parties and where do more girls go? interested in both for fall rush. want to know what girls and guys think

SAE has the better house, gamedays, and parties in my opinion, but a lot of girls I know like ATO too, its really just preference.

might want to check out phi felt and sigma chi as well. Both are better than ATO
