ato vs sae

Got a lot of close friends in these chapters. I'll be looking at other chapters when I rush but I think I'll prefer to stay with guys I've grown up with. Could anyone tell me what's the difference between the two, any insight etc. friends from both chapters are really biased.

SAE is generally better respected, less "southern" more "frat"

ATO has fallen to middle tier with the last few pc's and is close to be kicked off. SAE is close too but much better overall
