Advice for PNMs

Do not listen to all the backstabbing on here. Do go into recruitment with an open mind. Do not think you are “rushing” on or more houses... you are rushing all of them and they will decide to invite you back. Do research each chapter and find out about their philanthropy, academics, social calendar etc. before talking to them. Do ask questions. Do NOT worry about invites Before each round and DO trust the process.
