Alpha phi got some pretty girls for being so new. Surprised me. Also agree that ztas pledge class is not on par with their usual standard

Never said they weren’t desperate for girls, it’s known they didn’t make quota. However, they did get some that should’ve easily been able to go elsewhere if they didn’t like the chapter. Someone’s defensive

aphi did do better than some houses that actually have A BRAND NEW HOUSE. plus they had girls at prefs that were down to aphi and top houses. i was actually surprised on how well they did. obviously they had spots to fill but they still were selective in the process.

unfortunately a nice brand new house does not guarantee a good pledge class. even though some may be like there can only be three top houses; ADPI and ZTA have their own type of girls. Same goes for KD and DG.

exactly. sigkapp and gphi have the nicest and biggest houses on row and look at where they're ranked. a nice house can only do so much sadly

If this is PURELY off PC, zeta just cannot be that high. It’s almost unanimous that their new girls are not what zeta typically has. DG, Tri Delt and kd all had superior PCs to zeta.

DG had a horrible PC and they clearly know it based on how they're flooding this site. Got maybe 3 dimes and everyone else was subpar.

DG got a gorgeous PC from what I’ve seen. Maybe you’re in a house that feels threatened by that, but they’re def moving up.
