It sucks because I want to rush a frat but it seems as if the fraternities are either really good, or bad. There is only a few frats in the middle

That literally isn’t true. In my opinion some of the “lower-tier” frats are WAY more fun and have a stronger brotherhood than the “middle tier” frats. You just have to rush them to get a feel and see if they’re a good fit for you
