Is it weird for a 22 year old junior to rush? Can they get bids from mid tier?

whether guy or girl, you could get a bid from a lower tier. It would work better if you’re a guy as you’ll be the age of seniors, but that doesn’t matter for dating girls. Not so good as a girl to be older.

Yes they do. Just find out which ones you like, explain to them why you would be a good fit and then rush. But if your already an undergrad it’s better.

Pretty sure Sig Ep gives you "credit" towards initiation based on your class year and life experience. Maybe you don't have to pledge at all.

All of the fraternities that are lower in the rankings are looking for good guys regardless of your age. 22 will put you on the upper bracket for age, but they won’t care if you can help with their overall reputation. If you have a good friend in one of the top frats, give it a try, too. Otherwise, try KS, LXA, Chi Phi, or Sig Ep. (Sig Ep has some good guys; it’s their holier-than-thou attitude toward drinkers and partiers that other frats dislike. They may like the maturity that you could bring; girls will like it.)
