better house?

Does anyone know yet if the Pi Kappa Phi house is going to be nicer than its Theta Chi neighbor? Also, will it really be open in time for rush?

I know it's supposed to be 1 sq ft bigger than the OX house so there's that, also it'll be nice because it's newer so it'll be cleaner. i think it'll be ready by rush, but I'm not entirely sure

I had been told to look at Theta Chi because they have the best house, but maybe they’ll be number two now. I have to think the other fraternities in older, architecturally inferior houses will have to rebuild or risk losing their standing. Of course, I’d be an unhappy camper if I joined a fraternity only to have it shut down its house for a year to rebuild. The SAE, KA, KS, and ATO houses still seem pretty nice from the outside; I’ll find out during rush what’s on the inside.

Before you get too excited about the newer houses, check out the dues collected to pay for them! There ain’t no such thing as a free lunch. Theta Chi is one of the most expensive frats.

Just a heads up freshmen, this post was 100% made by a Pi Kapp, and if you pick a frat based on the house you’re gonna have a baaaaad time bud
