Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Loyola Marymount University - LMU 2.4 They are great individually but as fraternity they fall short. They are not on campus and it is because their nationals pissed LMU off. They are great for partying but can't hold events with LMU sororities. Again, they are not an LMU chapter!

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Loyola Marymount University - LMU 2.6 the truth is that these guys are only able to be a top house while being off campus because they are good looking... but thats the only thing they have going for them. they dont seem very genuine and are full of themselves.

Sigma Alpha Epsilon - ΣΑΕ Fraternity at Loyola Marymount University - LMU 5.0 From the outside looking in, SAE has the genuine brotherhood within their group of guys that other fraternities on campus lack. Unlike SigEp, where your daddy writes a check and your in, these guys come from different backgrounds and are diverse, which seems to create tight bonds rather than cliques within fraternities. SAE also throws the absolute best parties, that no other LMU fraternities can compare to. SAE top house for sure. Went to a SAE formal last year and had an awesome time! :)

These guys are all pretty decent guys, but for you Freshman being told you can "Rush a semester early and get into a top house" I couldn't begin to tell u how wrong you are. SAE is not sanctioned, cannot have events on campus, no formals, no exchanges, no greek week, no football ETC. Real frats have Pref, and exchanges, and compete. not SAE. not real. dont do it. Once you're in you lose a chance to be in Greek Life.
