rushing a sorority as a sophomore?

if i’m a sophomore looking to rush dphie or gamma phi, would
me having a work study affect rushing ?? i know it’s a huge time commitment but if i had a set work schedule would i be able to do both? also is it too late to rush as a sophomore! i’m afraid i missed my chance freshman year!

You can totally rush as a sophomore! Every chapter usually takes at least a few sophomores each year. Pledging is definitely a huge time commitment but you can do work study with it (I did!!). You may have to adjust the work schedule a little if you set it before you join a sorority but overall pledging shouldn’t affect it too much :-)
