How do people REALLY feel about this school?

Rollins seems like an ok college but the freshman retention rate is only ~85%. Is there something I’m missing?

I mean the average retention rate in Florida is 69% so it’s not that bad.

The freshman retention rate is higher at UF, FSU, Miami, USF, UCF, and Florida International.
