How would you rank the frats in tiers

Houses change a lot over time. How would you rank the houses now? Any houses to rush for sure? Any you would not reccomend? Thanks!!

The houses I would recommend are Sigep, Beta, and Phi Delt. Sigep is one of the bigger chapters along with Beta

No houses have come close to getting kicked off since ATO. Therefore I would say give them all a look.
