i don’t understand tri delt

I don’t understand Tri Delt. A lot of people say they are a top house and then others will say they are below AdPi and G phi??? Like what

depends what's important to you when you're ranking the houses. tri delts are hot, rich, and love to party. lots of frats like them. so to a lot of people who are more about looks and social they're top tier with chi o and pi phi.

if grades, involvement, and sisterhood are more important, then g phi and adpi would be ahead of tridelt.

This is spot on. Nothing against Tri delt but they are definitely known to that rep.
