Tau Epsilon Phi - ΤΕΦ Fraternity at University of Rhode Island - URI 1.3 these guys are total douchebags. look back to what happened during greek week this year - they didn't let their partners have any say in the shirts they both wore, lost competitions on purpose so that phi sig wouldn't be ranked, and took their money to go off and party with another sorority. everyone on campus except for adpi hates them now. way to go, guys.
